As recent neuroscience has shown, we have adaptive neural networks or centres of intelligence, in our gut and heart as well as our head. Each intelligence networks have their own domains of expertise, their own prime functions and their own highest expressions.

Loving Your Life applies these insights to the context of bringing your life and spirit alive based on behavioural modelling of people who are truly loving their lives.

Learning to listen deeply and to integrate all of your intelligences (head, heart and gut) gives you a new way of connecting with yourself.
